I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) specializing in relationship-focused therapy for individuals and couples throughout Bellevue, Kirkland, and the wider Washington State area. My practice is dedicated to providing culturally responsive, evidence-based care that honors the diverse identities, complex cross-cultural backgrounds, and unique intergenerational narratives of my clients.

As a first-generation immigrant, I have a deep personal and professional understanding of the unique challenges that arise when navigating differing cultural expectations, intersectional identities, and systemic stressors. I treat clinical work through a lens of social justice and equity, recognizing that true healing must account for the unique histories and cultural contexts that shape who we are.

My primary clinical framework is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I specialize in helping couples identify and de-escalate negative, repetitive cycles of conflict, moving them instead toward a secure foundation of emotional safety, mutual understanding, and trust. Whether you are navigating relationship distance, life transitions, cross-cultural marital friction, or individual patterns of anxiety and boundaries, my collaborative approach ensures that all partners feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected.

Services are fully telehealth-based for maximum privacy and convenience across Washington State. I am proud to provide bilingual therapy, offering sessions natively in both English and Mandarin (普通话).
