Practice Description
Are you feeling stuck? Are your problems interfering with your life, your health, and/or your work? Are you having relationship problems with your partner, family members, friends or colleagues? Are you dealing with loss? Do you want to explore your racial, ethnic, and/or cultural identities?
I acknowledge your courage to invest in yourself and prioritize your wellness. Using a collaborative working relationship, I personalize treatment for each client based on your individual needs and goals. In a supportive and safe environment, we will explore and address your issues and experiences. I will help you in reaching your goals that align with your values.
Some background: I am a licensed psychologist in CA with over 15 years of experience. I provide evidence based and culturally sensitive therapy. I have worked with a wide range of clients with various issues. I consider myself as both bicultural and bilingual. Being a daughter of immigrant/refugee parents, I can relate with multiple roles and responsibilities found in many of our immigrant and blended families. Navigating different cultural frameworks and setting boundaries can be challenging, just to name a few, so I am here to help. I also identify as a professional mom and am passionate in supporting parents and addressing women's issues (e.g., infertility, postpartum). I am committed in social justice and support our BIPOC communities.
Feel free to call me, email me or send a secure message through my website for a free 15-minute consultation to determine if I am a good fit for you.
