Summary
Practice Description
Do you have trouble with knowing what you want but struggle with how to get there? Is it hard to identify what you bring to the table and how you relate to others? Are you on the brink of burning out? I specialize in helping people take an active role in addressing the uncertainty that life brings and in moving through the impasse of feeling stuck. Perhaps you realize that fear or anxiety is holding you back from doing what you enjoy or from achieving life goals. Maybe life feels overwhelming due to a job or a big change. Or, you find that you have a critical inner voice that makes you believe you are not good or likable enough.
When you work with me, I aim to increase your confidence in confronting and overcoming challenges that can lead you to a more fulfilling life ahead using effective practices with an individualized approach. Our therapeutic collaboration can help you to unearth your inherent resilience and practice effective coping strategies within a nonjudgmental space.
I know how stressful and overwhelming it can feel to reach out for help. Please don't hesitate to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation. If you feel ready to take the first step, I invite you to schedule an appointment with me. It is with gratitude and humility that I walk this journey with you.
(Please note that I currently only provide teletherapy services for adults and parents who seek parenting consultation services. I provide teletherapy and/or in-person therapeutic services for school-aged children.)
