Our stories and identity are formed within relationships. With this in mind, I pay particular attention to your relationships (past and present), and the ways that these relationships have influenced how you view yourself, others and the world. Often times, our pain happens within relationships, and it takes a relational space to also experience healing. My therapeutic approach is grounded in psychoanalytic theories with an attunement to relational and cultural dynamics. I am committed to providing a collaborative, safe and respectful space where you can express your thoughts and feelings, no matter how difficult.
