I am a licensed psychotherapist in New Jersey and Florida and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), with experience as a school counselor and director of school counseling services. I work with accomplished, high-achieving adults navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, and depression, with a focus on executive functioning, relationships, work, and identity. Many of my clients have built successful careers while compensating for challenges that may have gone unrecognized for years. As a Korean American and first-generation immigrant, I bring a culturally responsive perspective to my work and offer sessions in English and Korean. My approach is structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented, helping clients understand patterns, gain insight, and develop sustainable ways of functioning that fit their lives.
