I am a licensed psychologist passionate about working with people who come from communities that have been historically and continue to be marginalized and targeted yet invisible. I provide individual therapy to adults (18+) of diverse professions. Although I see folx from various cultural backgrounds, I am particularly interested in people who identify as Asian American Pacific Islander, Black/African American, Latinx and/or multiethnic along with other intersecting identities seeking support for life transitions, relationships, and identity development.

Dominant societal and cultural narratives often contribute to an individual's sense of shame and boundedness. Cultivating empathy and exploring different parts of yourself, intergenerational history, and cultural context can allow you to create more space, freedom, and authenticity.
