Practice Description
I take a relational approach in psychotherapy to help clients grow and heal. My goal is to empower clients to make choices for a more satisfying life. I use a combination of evidence-based treatments that include person-centered, relational, cognitive-behavioral, and positive psychology (strengths-based) techniques.
