Summary

Practice Description
As a therapist, I aim to help you gain insight into your emotional experience, build effective coping skills, and work through deep-rooted patterns to pursue a life of healing and fulfillment. My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive; I value the spectrum of human diversity and am attentive to social justice issues as well as the systemic factors that can impact one’s sense of self and well-being.
Outside of my private practice, I am a psychologist at the Meta (formerly Facebook) Wellness Center and am well versed in the unique challenges that individuals face working in high pressure environments. My areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, burnout, grief, perinatal mental health, and relationship issues. As a bicultural therapist, I also have expertise in Asian-American Pacific Islander (AAPI) issues, acculturative stress, intergenerational conflict/family of origin concerns, and racial/cultural identity issues.

I welcome you to reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation to determine if we may be a good fit.
