I am a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) with professional background in career counseling and executive coaching prior to being a therapist. I truly enjoy working directly with individuals on helping them grow. I treat specifically in the areas of stress, anxiety, and trauma. In addition, I also work with clients to manage transitions, grief, work culture, and family/relational concerns to stay resilient and grow in self-esteem. I consider myself South Asian Chinese and enjoy working tremendously with expats, immigrants and early generation AAPIDA individuals. A large portion of my panel are AAPIDA folks facing the challenges of intergenerational and/or intercultural communication concerns affecting various aspects of life (dating, marital, family, health, and work/career progression). I speak Cantonese fluently and am conversational in Mandarin.
