I specialize in exploring how your cultural identity and past relational experiences impact your ability to connect meaningfully with others. My integrative approach helps you understand who you are in the context of your life experiences and empower you to create a life that aligns with your values and goals. I work with BIPOC, particularly first to second generation Asian Americans. As a 1.5 generation Chinese American, working with immigrants is near and dear to my heart. I help clients work through issues of cultural identity, acculturation, intergenerational trauma, attachment and connection, and relational difficulties to create a life of meaning and intention. I have advanced training in emotionally-focused therapy, which I use with both individuals and couples. I love working with couples and helping them deepen their emotional connection. Additionally, I offer psychological assessment for adults for issues that range from diagnostic clarity to ADHD/learning disabilities testing.
