Summary

Practice Description
Therapy on Fig is a Los Angeles psychotherapy practice offering trauma-informed, culturally responsive, identity-affirming care for teens, adults, couples, and families. Several of our clinicians bring lived experience as Asian American, mixed-race Asian American, immigrant, second-generation, and third-culture people, and we support clients navigating intergenerational dynamics, family and cultural expectations, belonging, spirituality, queerness, neurodivergence, trauma, grief, and relationships. Our team brings advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, somatic trauma work, couples therapy, and other depth-oriented approaches, including certified and advanced IFS training, IFIO, NARM, Gottman Method, PREPARE/ENRICH, Trauma-Focused CBT, neurofeedback, somatic coaching, and nature-based therapy. We aim to offer a space where clients don't have to mask or translate themselves to feel understood.
