I strive to create a safe, warm and supportive environment where my clients are able to open up and explore their inner world with no judgment. I, along with my clients, create a therapeutic plan based on their unique needs that will help them meet their short-term and long-term goals. I work with adults on a wide range of issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and intimacy and relationship issues. Therapy sessions will address emotional and psychological needs, allowing clients to grow in their own creative and potential areas towards a whole and integrated self.

Our mind, emotions, and life experiences affect our constitution. My clients and I work together to bridge the gap between the mind, physical body, and human energy system. There is no “one size fits all” treatment, therapy will be a collaborative process. I look forward to taking this journey with you.
