Summary
Practice Description
I work primarily with young adults, including college and graduate students, with a special focus on supporting BIPOC, Asian American, and LGBTQ+ clients. I received extensive training at Tufts University and Wesleyan University.
My approach is grounded in relational–cultural and psychodynamic therapy, as I value building strong, authentic connections and understanding each person within their respected cultural, social, and personal context.
Much of my work has centered on helping individuals navigate identity, belonging, and healing. I’ve created webinars and workshops on topics such as racial trauma for BIPOC college students and the refugee legacies of Southeast Asian American. My dissertation explored how Asian American cultural centers shape students’ sense of belonging. My academic research and clinical training reflect my deep commitment to social justice, equity, and creating spaces where people feel genuinely seen and supported
