Summary
Practice Description
Are you feeling stuck—like stress, anxiety, or life transitions are starting to impact your health, relationships, or performance at work? Are you navigating conflict with a partner, family, friends, or colleagues? Are you coping with grief or loss? Or are you wanting space to explore your racial, ethnic, and cultural identity in a way that feels safe, respectful, and affirming?
Reaching out for support takes courage. I’m here to meet you with warmth, clarity, and collaboration. My approach is personalized and goal-oriented: we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and create practical strategies that align with your values. In a supportive, culturally responsive environment, we’ll make room for your full experience—so you can feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your daily life.
About me
I am a licensed psychologist in California with over 15 years of experience providing evidence-based, culturally sensitive therapy to adults and parents from diverse backgrounds. I am bicultural and bilingual, and I bring a deep understanding of the complexities many clients face in immigrant, refugee, and blended families—such as balancing multiple roles and responsibilities, navigating different cultural frameworks, setting boundaries, and managing intergenerational expectations.
I also identify as a professional mom and am especially passionate about supporting parents and women’s mental health concerns, including infertility, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, and the many transitions that can come with caregiving and identity shifts. I’m committed to social justice and to providing affirming care for BIPOC communities.

If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to contact me by phone, email, or secure message through my website to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to discuss what you’re looking for and determine whether we’re a good fit.
