Summary
Practice Description
I work with adolescents, young adults, and families navigating trauma, substance use, cultural identity, and intergenerational pain. Many of my clients are second-generation, high-achieving, and carrying invisible burdens—trying to honor their families while also trying to find themselves. Therapy with me is about healing the parts of you that have been silenced, shamed, or stretched too thin.
My practice centers the experiences of AANHPI youth, LGBTQ+ folks, and those who’ve felt “not enough” or “too much” in systems not built for us. I also specialize in working with families where substance use and emotional pain have fractured trust, and where there’s still a desire for reconnection.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I integrate somatic and evidence-based practices like Brainspotting, ACT, and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy to help clients not just understand their pain, but move through it. I believe healing is political, personal, and deeply human—and that therapy can be a place where we reclaim voice, agency, and rest.
