I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in treating adolescents and adults with anxiety-related disorders and obsessive compulsive related disorders. I provide evidence-based treatments, primarily cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure response prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My caseload consists of people who struggle with OCD, anxiety, and compulsive hoarding. Using a non-judgmental, warm, supportive and collaborative approach, my goal is to make each patient an expert at understanding and managing their symptoms so they can take charge of their lives with confidence.

As a second generation, Filipina American, I am interested in helping my community and breaking down the stigma ever present among Asian Americans. My dissertation focused on understanding the mental health perspectives of Filipino Americans in the Chicago area. I also completed my pre-doctoral internship at the Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI) in San Jose, California where I gained training and experience treating individuals from a large Asian American community.
